Mrs. Wackerman is Jackie Wackerman's mother. Her first and only speaking appearance is in "For The Love of Gunther" where she tells her daughter that her lingenberry pie is ready, she has already got her Viking hat of the month and she has already honed her swedes. This leads to Gunther falling in love with Jackie. She makes four further, non-speaking appearances in "Clothes Call," "Clean... To The Extreme", "Nerves of Steal" and "Rocked". She closely resembles her daughter. It is not known whether she's married or not, nor is her real name known.
